Certain projects like the Donkey Walk in Topock Az or Condors Landing in San Jacinto fall under control of government agencies such as BLM. 

While much of the land surrounding the marsh is BLM, the Waterways are Federally managed by Fish and Wildlife. They have the barb wire fencing that keeps the ATVs from going into the nesting areas of migratory birds and hunting areas managed by fishing licenses too. Trout in the classrooms are inspiration for the FrogPods edu game with the Water University education program goals. Project Wild gone Virtual Reality type studio work. Coming Soon
